We celebrated Valentine's Day with a low-key relaxing family day at home. Matt surprised me with beautiful roses delivered to our door, with a cute little note inside that made me laugh out loud (I love getting notes and letters). I made chicken quesdillas for dinner with a fantastic recipe from The Pioneer Woman. So delicious. Evie cooperated the best she could with a mini Valentine's Day photo session. Gone are the days when she was a little babe I could just prop up on a blanket and click, click, click. :) Look at my chubby little Evie in the first picture.
